TAX EVASION
A tax haven is a country or territory with reduced or zero taxation.
This notion requires "the indulgence of the legislator of the country concerned and opposes that of fiscal harmonization.
These paradises are reputed to encourage tax evasion or circumvention of lax rules and contribute to the increase of inequalities in the world.
The opacity of fiscal and financial systems (shadow banking) is an important criterion, sometimes underestimated, even if we can distinguish tax havens and financial havens.
The progressive disappearance of cash and the traceability of WAT $ will impose on traffickers of drugs, weapons, raw materials, human beings, the progressive stop of their hidden transactions in banknotes or their transfers in the tax havens sometimes via some badly controlled cryptocurrency.
The WAT$ imposes on all transactions the obligation to know the identity of the contracting parties in order to enter it on the blockchain register.
The latter being administered and controlled, no more traffic can escape justice.
