upwards or downwards, any purchase of WAT$ outside the FMU Monetary Fund Universal is impossible.
Any transaction must be registered in WAT$
in the blockchain on pain of nullity.
Its quotation in each country will always correspond
at the minimum hourly wage:
In France if the hourly Smic is 10 € in 2018
1 WAT$ is worth 10 €
In India, if the hourly wage is 18 Rupees
1 WAT$ is worth 18 Rupees.
The traceability of each WAT$ is entered ad vitam in the blockchain and replicated worldwide.
NB: The nationality conditioning the exchangeable currency, a French can not change other currencies than the Euro in WAT$ from the FMU
