The WAT$ is is a cryptocurrency managed by a supranational organization:

The M.F.U  Monetary Fund Universal.

The M.F.U is the only organization authorized to issue WAT$ by conversion or issue.

Each transaction will be controlled, registered and secured in the Blockchain registry.

The M.F.U Monetary Fund will also be responsible for controlling:

- the ceilings on the remuneration of individuals.

- currency conversion limitations for each individual or institution.

- all transactions denominated in WAT$.

- the control of credit coverage by savings.
